World Teacher’s Day 2025

Held on 31 October in Australia, World Teachers Day is an opportunity to celebrate the educators who inspire, support, teach and empower children and young people every day. It’s also a day to reflect on the support teachers need and the importance of collaboration within and outside of classrooms.

When parents and families partner with educators, it helps create a holistic approach to supporting children’s mental health, development and overall wellbeing. Our Family Partnerships Toolkit is a suite of self-guided resources designed to support educators to collaborate with parents and families in early learning or primary school settings. Intended for use by leadership teams, the toolkit includes an introduction to the Family Partnerships Practice Model and guidance on how to implement it. This toolkit is one of our key suggested resources for educators.
