MindShift – Anxiety

‘MindShift’ is a free app which supports teenagers and young adults to cope with anxiety by helping the user to learn how to relax, develop more helpful ways of thinking and identify active steps that will help them to take charge of their anxiety.

The app includes strategies to deal with every day anxiety, as well as specific tools to tackle:

  • Test anxiety
  • Perfectionism
  • Social anxiety
  • Performance anxiety
  • Worry
  • Panic
  • Conflict

The app is available for download from the App Store and on Google Play.
