On Track – Alcohol, Depression and Psychosis (Online Treatment Program)

The Queensland Government and psychologists at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) have developed a free online treatment program called ‘On Track’ for young people aged 18 years and over.

The program aims to assist people suffering symptoms of depression, alcohol dependency, psychosis and diabetes and is specifically designed to supplement treatment by health professionals. It also helps families and friends of someone with mental health difficulties and also provides strategies for victims recovering from natural disasters. An initial quiz is avaliable to determine which program is most suited to your current situation.

The seven programs available:

  • ‘On Track Get Real (early stage psychosis)’
  • ‘On Track Friends and Family’
  • ‘On Track Alcohol and Depression’
  • ‘On Track Depression’
  • ‘On Track Alcohol’
  • ‘On Track Diabetes’
  • ‘On Track Flood and Storm Recovery’
