Setting the scene: Focused psychological strategies for children (5-12 years)

This webinar – the first of four co-presented with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and Emerging Minds – explores the fundamentals of focused psychological strategies (FPS) for children and their integration into the general practice context.

Panellists discuss the practicalities of implementing FPS for GPs and the benefits for children and families of GP-delivered FPS. The webinar includes an exploration of how GP-delivered FPS can fill a clear gap in service delivery when children are on long waitlists for psychologists and paediatricians.
